What are the benefits of having IBOEHS certification?

Many USA, Canada, Madagascar, Middle East, and Southeast Asia-based organizations respect and follow OSHA Standards. Such companies prefer candidates with knowledge and qualification based on OSHA Standards even though the individual has other international capabilities. So the employment opportunity for the individual will be multiplied.

How to book an examination?

The authorized training provider within and outside US territory shall book an examination with IBOEHS, along with students' fees and required documents.

How to make payment to IBOEHS? 

All centers operating within the United States, Europe, west indies, and Pakistan shall make all their fees to US bank accounts. 

 All other centers shall make their payments to the IBOEHS support office in India.

What is the type and mode of examination?

Type - Multiple-choice questions 

Mode - Online examination 

What are the requirements for attending the IBOEHS online examination?

The center/leaner must have a CAM-abled computer with a high-speed internet facility. 

What if my Center or I have no high-speed internet facility to attend an online examination? 

The Center can obtain an online examination waiver from IBOEHS in advance to conduct a classroom examination. However Center should submit an affidavit along with each examination packet. 

Who will be evaluating the candidate's answer sheets?

IBOEHS nominated examiners 

Within how many days of examination, the Center will receive the examination result?. 

On or before 15 days of examination 

Who will receive the examination result? 

The respective authorized training provider. Under no circumstances IBOEHS will deal with the students directly except in emergencies. 

Who will provide course materials to the students?

The Authorised training provider shall provide Course Material to their respective students. However, IBOEHS will be providing a soft copy of the course material and hall tickets to the Centre directly. 

How many days before the Center should book an examination with IBOEHS?. 

At least ten days in advance 

What happens if a student fails in any examination? 

Students can take re-examination by paying USD 50 per attempt. 

Is there any annual audit by IBOEHS to authorized training providers?

Yes, all centers will be audited by IBOEHS once a year. 

What are documents generally sought for during an annual center audit? 

  1. Evidence of classroom training provided 
  2. CVs & qualification certificates of all tutors 
  3. Students feedback 
  4. students attendance record 
  5. Students feedback records 
  6. Safety, quality, and environmental policies 
  7. Examination policies and procedures 
  8. Malpractice policy 

Can a student or employer verify the certificate online? 

Yes, it can be verified from the IBOEHS website.

When to renew the registered status of a leaner? 

All Registered certificate holders should renew their registered status every 24months through their authorized training provider or IBOEHS directly. 

How to renew the registered status of a leaner?

To renew the registered status, the leaner must write to Info@iboehs.org 

IBOEHS shall raise an invoice for USD 50/- On receipt of the invoice, the learner must submit the following to IBOEHS. 

  1. Evidence of 16 hours continuous education.
  2. Copy of old valet card 
  3. A renewal fee of USD 50/- payable against status renewal.

What happens if the leaner do not renew their registered status? 

Online certificate verification facility will not be available for cardholder fails to renew their status, 

What is the benefit of renewing the registered status?

All registered Certificate holders will receive IBOEHS Online news latter for free. In addition, renewed registered certificate holders will be entitled to have 10% off on any future IBOEHS courses fee. They/employers will be eligible to verify their certificate online anytime. 

How much can an authorized training provider charge from students for each course? 

IBOEHS has no control over such issues, and the provider has got complete freedom to decide and fix the fee for their institute; however, the provider should pay the prescribed fee to IBOEHS.

Is the fee paid to IBOEHS is refundable? 

Due to unavoidable circumstances, if IBOEHS cancels the exam, the total fee shall be adjusted against the next possible examination date. 

How can students replace their certificates in case of loss or damage? 

Certificate/Valet or both can be replaced by paying USD 50/- to IBOEHS. However, the leaner should approach their respective authorized training providers to replace the certificate/Valet card.  

Leaners who can't locate their authorized training provider can write to Info@iboehs.org to replace their valet card or certificate. 

What is the limit of jurisdiction of IBOEHS? 

All disputes about IBOEHS shall be under the sole jurisdiction of the federal court of Arizona, USA.
